Jonathan Matthey works across photography, film and performance. Always coming back to the human form: bodies under pressure, at rest, in rehearsal.

The work is direct and raw, stripping away layers in search of timeless images. Working across Barcelona, Paris and Berlin. Digital and analogue — large-format Polaroid, Super 8, 16mm, moving image, live performance. The medium adapts to the intention.
